Business Overview:
Milliner Construction is a specialist building company focusing on design-led new-build and refurbishment residential projects. We work closely with clients, architects, and other construction professionals to deliver their vision and intent in the built form. Our services include high-end bespoke residential new builds, refurbishment and remodelling, as well as carpentry and joinery, encompassing kitchens, cabinetry, and more.
We have built a reputation for excellence, notably constructing the acclaimed 'OutHouse,' a highly sustainable, environmentally friendly home that was the first private house in 15 years to feature on the RIBA Stirling Prize shortlist and went on to win the RIBA National Award in 2016.
Our work area covers, but is not limited to, Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, and surrounding regions. We are actively working at the prestigious Lakes by Yoo development in the Cotswolds, undertaking the construction of new homes and remodelling, refurbishing, and upgrading existing houses with our own tradesmen and affiliated specialists.
It is an exciting time to be working with us, and with the growth planned for the coming years and our consistent workload, we can offer permanent, long-term, secured employment for honest, hard-working, reliable individuals.
