Job Summery:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team for an immediate start on a fit-out project in the city centre. The successful candidate will perform various manual tasks to support operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties:

- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, painters, and electricians, with on-site tasks.

- Handle and transport materials and equipment, such as cement and power tools.

- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and ladders as required.

- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.

- Operate and maintain various tools and machinery.

- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks, including digging and stacking materials.

- Set up warning signs for vehicles and pedestrians.

- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

- Valid CSCS card (preferred).

- Minimum of 1 year experience in construction (preferred).

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads up to 40 pounds.

- Good hand-eye coordination.

- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Commitment to safety rules.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years' experience

- Driving licence (preferably clean)

- Own basic tool kit
